Pricing questions
What happens when I run out?
XomiW tells you before starting a new job. Top up or wait for the next cycle.
Do failed jobs use up credits?
No. A turn that fails, a turn that promised a file but delivered none, or a report of "File not received / file won't open" gets its credits back automatically. A "Wrong numbers" report is reviewed within 24 hours and refunded if it is right.
Is there a yearly plan?
Not yet. XomiW sells monthly plans until there is enough real usage data. Anyone who bought a yearly plan keeps it for the period paid.
Who can use the Student plan?
Anyone with a .edu.vn university email.
Can my company get a VAT invoice?
The Team plan will include VAT e-invoices once sales open. Nothing is charged in the beta, so there is nothing to invoice yet.
When do I have to pay?
Nothing is charged in the beta: invited people use gift credits that expire. When sales open, plans and credits are sold in the XomiW app (App Store, Google Play) and paid through the store; credits bought in the app never expire and also work on the web. We will email you before sales open.
