Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of XomiW ([Legal entity name — to be added when incorporated]) for using XomiW at xomiw.com (website), xomiw.app (web app; content made in XomiW and shared pages are shown from xomiwusercontent.com) and related apps. By ticking the agreement box when you start, you accept these terms together with the Privacy Policy. The Vietnamese version is the governing version.

1. Beta service

• XomiW is in a free beta. We do not charge yet; plans shown in the app are for reference only.
• The service may change, be interrupted or contain errors. Download and keep your own copy of important files.
• We may limit users, credits or features during the beta.

2. Account

• You must be 16 or older to use XomiW.
• You sign in with your email and a one-time code. You are responsible for keeping your mailbox secure.
• One account per person. Do not share accounts or create several to get more credits.

3. Credits

• Credits measure usage (each task costs some credits; an estimate is shown before it runs). During the beta credits are free, have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
• We may change free credit amounts and costs, with notice in the app.

4. Your content

• You own the content you provide and the files XomiW creates for you, to the extent the law allows.
• You allow XomiW to store, process and send that content to the providers listed in the Privacy Policy only to carry out your requests. XomiW does not use your content to train AI models.
• You confirm you have the right to provide that content (including other people's personal data in your email, files or customer lists).

5. AI-generated output

• XomiW uses AI models. Output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check it before use, especially figures, legal citations, tax and accounting.
• XomiW is not legal, tax, accounting or medical advice. Contracts, legal documents and tax filings need a qualified review.
• You are interacting with an AI system, not a person.

6. Actions on your behalf

• XomiW only sends email or messages, or edits or deletes data in connected apps, after you approve each action. Each approval covers that action only.
• You are responsible for actions you approve. Read the approval card (recipients, content) carefully before allowing.
• Scheduled workflows run while you are away; when one reaches an action that needs approval, it stops and waits for you.

7. Prohibited use

You may not use XomiW to:

• Break Vietnamese law or infringe others' rights (intellectual property, privacy, personal data).
• Forge documents, invoices, seals or signatures; impersonate people or organisations; create deceptive content depicting real people.
• Create child abuse material, incite violence or discrimination, or produce content banned by law.
• Send spam, run scams or collect data unlawfully.
• Attack, probe or bypass XomiW's technical limits or safety layer, or use XomiW to attack other systems.
• Resell or re-provide the service without an agreement.

If we find a violation we may remove content, suspend or terminate the account, and report to authorities when the law requires. Where possible we tell you why.

8. Third-party apps

When you connect another app (Gmail, Google Drive…), its provider's terms also apply. You can disconnect at any time under Connectors.

9. XomiW's property

The software, interface, XomiW brand and built-in templates and workflows belong to the operator. You may use them for your own work; files you make from templates are yours.

10. Limitation of liability

• During the free beta the service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss caused by using AI output without checking it, or by service interruptions.
• Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under Vietnam's Consumer Protection Law.

11. Termination

• You can stop using XomiW and delete your account at any time under Settings → My data. Data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
• We may terminate accounts that breach section 7, or end the beta with at least 30 days' notice so you can download your data.

12. Changes

We do not change an agreement in force on our own. When changes are needed we publish a new version, announce it in the app and ask for your consent again; you may decline and delete your account. A new version applies only after you accept it.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Vietnamese law. Disputes are first settled by negotiation; failing that, either party may bring them to a competent court in Vietnam.
