Memory: what XomiW remembers and how you manage it

Memory lets XomiW remember what you have said about your work and how you like things done, for example "We use MISA SME for accounting" (a popular Vietnamese accounting package) or "Reports always start with a summary table". Next time, you don't have to repeat it.

Turn on memory

Memory only runs with your consent. XomiW shows a "Turn on memory?" box; click "Turn on memory" to agree, or "Not now".

XomiW doesn't remember passwords, account numbers, ID documents, or health, religious or political information. Only you can see your memories, even inside a company workspace.

While you chat

• When XomiW remembers something, you see a "Remembered" chip with "Undo".
• You can also tell it directly: "Remember that…".
• To keep a chat out of memory: ⋯ menu → "Turn off memory for this chat".

View and edit memories

The switches:

• "Use memory": turning it off pauses memory; your memories are kept but not used, and no new ones are made.
• "Remember from conversations automatically": turn it off and XomiW only saves what you ask it to.

Deleted memories stay in "Recently deleted" for 7 days before they are gone for good, so you can restore anything deleted by mistake.

Import from another AI assistant

On the web, click "Import from another assistant": XomiW gives you a prompt to paste into the AI assistant you use now, then you paste its answer back. Every item goes to "To review" so you can check it before it is saved.

To withdraw consent: click "Withdraw consent", then choose "Withdraw, keep memories" or "Withdraw and delete all". How long data is kept is explained in the Privacy Policy.
