Preview and download the files XomiW makes for you
XomiW delivers Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF files right in the chat. How to preview them, download, open in another app and save them to the Vault.

When XomiW finishes a file (a Word report, an Excel sheet, PowerPoint slides, a PDF…), it posts the file in the chat as a "File ready" card.
Preview
Click the file card ("Open") to open the preview:
- PDF, images, CSV and Markdown show directly.
- Word, Excel and PowerPoint are shown as a PDF so you can take a quick look.
- Long tables only show the first rows; download the file to see everything.
- If a file type can't be previewed yet, XomiW suggests downloading it to open.
Download and keep working
Web
In the preview or on the file card, click "Download". The file is a normal Office file, so you can keep editing it in Word, Excel or Google Docs.
Android
Open the file, then tap "More actions" to choose "Save to device", "Share", "Open in another app" or "Save to Vault". Pinch or double-tap images to zoom.
iPhone
Open the file, then tap "More actions" to choose "Save to device", "Share", "Open in another app" or "Save to Vault". Pinch or double-tap images to zoom.
In the app, press and hold a message to open the message menu: "Copy", "Select text", "Share", "Save photos to device", "Save files to the Vault".
Find older files
Open the chat's ⋯ menu and choose "Files in this chat". The list includes both the files you sent and the files XomiW made.
Can I edit the files XomiW makes?
Yes. You get normal Word, Excel or PowerPoint files. To have XomiW change something, keep messaging in the same chat, for example "add a total column at the end of the table".
Are the numbers in the file guaranteed to be right?
XomiW can make mistakes. For Excel files about tax, payroll, insurance or VAT, XomiW usually adds a "Check" sheet so you can reconcile the totals; still review the file before you use it.
