Create a XomiW data export: one .zip file with your profile, chats, the files you uploaded and the files XomiW delivered. The download link works for 48 hours.

You have the right to get a copy of your data at any time. XomiW packs it into one .zip file.
Create an export
Web
- Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar to open Settings.
- Scroll down to "My data" → "Download my data".
- Click "Create a data export".
- Wait for the status to change from "Queued" / "Building" to "Ready" (click "Refresh" to update it), then click "Download".
Android
Account → Settings → "Legal & data" group → "Download my data" → "Create a data export". The app updates the status by itself; when it is "Ready", tap "Download" and choose where to save it (Files, Drive…).
iPhone

What the export contains
The .zip file contains your profile, your chats, the files you uploaded and the files XomiW delivered. The download link works for 48 hours; after that the file is deleted, and you can create a new one if needed.
To export a single chat as Word, PDF or Markdown, use "Export chat" in the chat menu. Memories are exported separately on the Memory page ("Export .json" / "Export .md").
The export button says it is paused?
During an incident, XomiW may pause data exports. Try again later. Account deletion still works as usual.
Can I ask by email instead?
Send your request to privacy@xomiw.com. Your rights and the response times are set out in the Privacy Policy.
