In the beta: what works, what is not on yet, moving from another AI assistant
What XomiW can do in the beta, what is not on yet (Gmail, Drive, images, video, voice, buying plans) and how to bring memory and files from another assistant.

XomiW is in an invite-only closed beta. On the first step when you start, XomiW shows an "In the beta" card listing what works now and what is not on yet. The card reads the system's actual switches, so when a feature is turned on, the card updates by itself. Click "Got it" to hide it.
Works now
- Vietnam-standard documents: official letters, decisions and proposals in the format set by Decree 30 (Vietnam's rules for administrative documents); contracts; payroll with BHXH (Vietnamese social insurance) and personal income tax; revenue and VAT sheets with a "Check" sheet that reconciles the totals.
- Questions and web search with sources.
- Vault: keep e-invoices (XML files), contracts and other papers; XomiW reads the numbers and reminds you before due dates. See Save documents to the Vault.
- Reminders on the lunar calendar as well as Vietnamese holidays.
- Company team rooms: call
@XomiWright in a room, assign tasks with due dates, pick approvers. See Rooms, tasks and approvals. - Credits back when a turn fails or promises a file it can't deliver. See Credit refunds.
Not on in the beta
- Gmail, Calendar and Drive connections: being tested with a small group, not open to everyone yet. See Connect Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Drive.
- Image and video generation.
- Automated browser.
- Voice, speech to text.
- Buying plans or credits: in the beta you use the gift credits that came with your invite. See Buy plans and credits in the app.
Moving from another AI assistant
- Memory: go to Settings → Memory → "Import from another assistant". Copy the prompt XomiW gives you, paste it into your old assistant, then paste the answer back. Every item goes to To review so you can check it before it is saved. See Memory.
- Custom instructions: create a Project and paste them into "Project instructions", or save them as a Skill to use in every chat. See Projects and Skills.
- Files, invoices, contracts: upload them to the Vault, or attach them right in the chat. See Send files to XomiW.
Will the "In the beta" card come back?
The card only appears on the first step when you start. To see the list again, read this article.
When will Gmail, Calendar and Drive connections be available?
These connections are being tested with a small group while Google verifies XomiW's access; there is no date yet for opening them to everyone. When they open for you, the "In the beta" card moves Gmail, Calendar and Drive to "Works now" and the connection cards appear in Settings → Connected apps.
